I dont know about you, but getting into college, it hit me- I needed to figure out how to make food regularly, not spend an insane amount of money of groceries, or hours cooking everyday, while also trying to hit my protein goals, and get nutrients was just entirely overwhelming for me. I've spent the last few years pretty much mastering easy, healthy, affordable meals, that help you reach your goals, while not needing 20 ingredients and a bunch of time! This has been huge for me, not needing to stress about what im going to eat everyday. I've mastered the right schedule and buying foods that build on each other to create multiple meals. Follow along as I share some of my favorite tips, tricks, and healthy meal ideas!
